MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. macaroni

Beat eggs and evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper. Dice Velveeta cheese and put in mix. Add cooked macaroni and enough regular milk to make mixture soggy. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
