1 lb. Hillshire Farm beef polska kielbasa, cut in 1 inch chunks 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water 1 med. onion, chopped 1/4 green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. uncooked rice Place above ingredients in covered, greased glass casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4. | |

Delicious!! Made it for dinner tonight, and my husband couldn't get enough. Definite potential to change up the meat and veggies for an entirely new dish. Easy to prepare, and the Worcestershire makes such a difference in the flavor. This recipe has definitely graduated from being written on a steno pad to a recipe card!
