OVEN-BAKED RICE 
1 c. raw rice, not Minute Rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. water
Pepper to taste
1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
Minced parsley for garnish

Measure carefully. Combine all ingredients in a 6-cup greased baking dish. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until tender and all liquid is absorbed. Yield: 4-6 servings.
