SCALLOPED PINEAPPLES 
2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
4 tbsp. pineapple juice
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix flour, sugar, juice and butter. Put pineapple and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Pour liquid mixture over pineapple and cheese and stir. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
