SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
1/4 c. homogenized milk
4 c. white bread cubes
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Cream butter with sugar. Beat in the eggs; fold in milk, bread cubes and pineapple. Stir well. Spray 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish with Pam or other spray. Pour mixture into baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake approximately 1 hour. Good served warm.

Note: Don't pack bread down in measuring cup. Measure loose (approximately 16 slices of bread, cubed and cut off crust). I use electric knife to trim crust and cube bread.
