SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. bread cubes, trim crusts
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat eggs; add sugar, milk, butter and mix well. Add entire can of crushed pineapple, including juice and bread cubes. Blend. Bake in a buttered 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes. Serves 6. Nice served with ham.

Delicious, but be sure and use white bread only. I tried it the second time around with whole wheat and did not like it as well as with white bread.
