SCALLOPED PINEAPPLES | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (approximately 20 oz. can) 4 c. bread cubes (about 6 slices white bread) Cream 1/2 cup butter; add 1 1/2 cups sugar and beat. Add 3 eggs and beat well. Add 1/2 cup milk and 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple with juice; mix well. Fold in 4 cups (6 slices) cubed white bread. Pour into 9x9 greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. This recipe goes well with ham or pork. |
