SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE (Souffle) 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 c. soft bread crumbs (finely chopped in food processor)

Beat eggs and sugar. Blend in milk, butter, pineapple and crumbs. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
