BAKED OMELET 
6 eggs
6 slices bread
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place bread in pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over bread. Top with sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
