BAKED OMELET 
8 bacon slices
1/3 c. chopped onion
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour

Fry bacon; crumble. Saute onion until tender. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9"x13" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
