BAKED HAM OMELET 
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. very thinly sliced ham
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
1 tbsp. milk
12 eggs
1/4 c. water
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Turn the oven to 400 degrees. For the filing, cut the ham into thin slices. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces. In the saucepan, put the ham, cream cheese, and milk. Turn to low heat. Add eggs, water and pepper, beat well. Put butter in baking pan.

Heat about 2 minutes. Pour the egg mixture into pan. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes. Cut into 6 squares. Spoon filling on half of square. Fold the other half over the filling making a triangle.
