3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 white sugar
3 c. raw apples, chopped fine

Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 300°FF for 1 hour.
