3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar (white)
3 c. raw apples, chopped fine
2 eggs

Sift together first four ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into large pan.

Bake at 300°FF for 1 hr.
