1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of the above ingredients and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Grease pan. Do not flour. May bake in 2 loaf pans if desired. Not necessary to ice cake.
