1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 c. cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and roll into approximately 1/2 to 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.

For best results, barely heat sausage and cheese in microwave and mix together before adding Bisquick.
