1 lb. sausage (reg. or hot)
3 c. Bisquick mix
10 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Mix sausage and cheese together well in Fix-N-Mix bowl. Knead in Bisquick and roll into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Store in Freezer Mates Containers (family or single portions). Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
