SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. Italian hot sausage
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. water

Remove sausage from casing. Crumble and fry until brown. Drain grease. Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick. Add water and mix well. Roll into bite-size balls and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes approximately 80 balls.
