SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. mild sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated yellow or white

Heat sausage to get grease out. Don't brown too much. Add Worcestershire sauce and let cool. Mix Bisquick, milk and cheese. Then add sausage and mix well. Batter will be stiff. Roll in 1 inch balls. Bake in cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Can be frozen and baked later. Makes approximately 7 dozen.
