SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. box Bisquick mix 1 lb. hot sausage 1 1/2 lbs. extra sharp cheese Melt cheese while mixing sausage and Bisquick. When thoroughly mixed, work in melted cheese. (Cheese could be grated.) Form into small balls and freeze. When ready to serve, bake in hot oven, 375 degrees, for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. |
