SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 lb. combination hot and mild bulk sausage
1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix

Combine sausage, cheese and biscuit mix; push together with fingertips until dough forms a ball. Pinch off pieces and roll in marble size balls. Arrange 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
