SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS | |
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 c. Bisquick mix 1 lb. raw seasoned sausage Owens, Jimmy Dean (hot), if you do not use hot sausage, add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper to regular sausage. Using hands, mix cheese, sausage and Bisquick together. Shape into 1" balls and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees (or until light brown). These freeze well. (I just thaw and heat in microwave.) Makes about 60 or more. |
