1 lb. hot or mild bulk sausage
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine ingredients and mix well with hands until thoroughly blended. Roll into party size balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 150 sausage cheese balls.
