EASY PEACH PIE 
6 to 7 peaches
White bread
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 stick butter

Slice peaches in 7 x 12 inch baking dish. Cover with bread slices which have been cut into 2 or 3 strips. In a bowl put sugar and flour, mix. Add this to well beaten egg, beat together. Pour on top of bread and peaches, do not mix. Melt butter and dribble over above mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
