TUNA SALAD MOLD 
1 can white tuna
1 env. gelatin
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
Lemon juice to taste
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper or peas and carrots
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cucumbers, peeled

Soak cucumbers in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes, put in blender with mayonnaise and sour cream, salt, lemon and gelatin. Fold in tuna chunks, celery and green pepper. Pour into an oiled mold and chill until firm.
