TUNA SALAD OR SANDWICH SPREAD 
6 1/2 oz. tuna
1/2 - 1 c. diced celery or cucumber
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. brewers yeast (prefer nutritional mini flakes)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Dash cayenne pepper

Mix vegetables, mayonnaise and spices. Drain tuna and mix with other ingredients. Serve cold on lettuce or whole grain toast. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
