TEA HOUSE POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag Ore-Ida hash browns
1 c. chopped onions
1 stick melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Potato chips (for topping only)

Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in 9"x13" pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until golden.
