CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie pan. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender. Pour into pie pan. Bake until knife is clean in center, 50-55 minutes. Serves 6-8.
