CRUSTLESS CRANBERRY PECAN PIE | |
2 1/2 c. cranberries 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. pecans TOPPING: 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate. Spread cranberries over bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Add pecans over cranberries. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1 cup sugar. Mix with flour and melted butter. Pour batter over cranberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. |
