CRUSTLESS CUSTARD PIE | |
1 can evaporated milk 5 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter (melted) 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. nutmeg Grease and flour 9 inch pie plate. Making sure all areas are well coated. Put all ingredients in blender container. Cover. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute, pour into prepared pie plate and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. |
