COUNTRY CLUB EGGS 
5 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk

Cube bread and cover bottom of 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Fry sausage and drain. Cover bread with meat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and seasonings. Pour over bread, meat, and cheese. Drizzle melted butter over all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees lightly covered with foil.
