STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick cut pork chops
Kitchen Bouquet
Salt to taste, seasoned
1 c. corn bread crumbs
1/2 toasted bread crumbs
Dash of curry
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. pork gravy mix
Paprika
Butter

Make pocket through the fat side of pork chops. Marinade pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet in a large enough baking dish. In a mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, and curry. Saute onion, celery, and pepper in 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix gravy as directed and vegetables and gravy to bread mixture.

Stuff each pork chops. Close up with toothpicks and string. Sprinkle a little paprika and dash a little butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until desired tenderness. Just before serving remove string and toothpicks.
