QUICK PICKLES 
9 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. peppers, sliced (optional)
1 c. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed

Mix together in gallon glass jar. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Add 2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Let stand 8 hours in refrigerator. Will keep up to 6 months in refrigerator.
