QUICK MUSTARD PICKLES 
3 lbs. cucumbers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Wash cucumbers, cut in 1/4 inch slices. Measure 8 cups. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, prepared mustard, salt and horseradish. Boil.

Pack cucumbers in hot, clean pint jars. Pour boiling liquid to within 1/2 inch of top. Adjust lids according to package directions. Process in boiling water 5 minutes after water boils.
