CHOPPED MUSTARD PICKLES 
1 med. cauliflower
2 qt. dill size cucumbers
2 qt. onions
2 qt. green tomatoes
2 red peppers
4 green peppers
2 bunches celery

Chop vegetables. Make a brine of 1 cup salt and 6 cups water. Cover vegetables and bring to a boil. Drain.

Mix: 3 pt. sugar 1 tsp. turmeric 1 c. flour 1 1/2 c. water

Stir and bring to a boil. Add vegetables, 2 pints vinegar and 1 1/2 pints water. Simmer 5 minutes. Fill hot jars. Cold pack 15 minutes.
