ENGLISH MUFFIN DELIGHTS 
6 English muffins
12 lg. slices of tomato
12 slices bacon, cut in half
12 slices either cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese, cut in half
butter

Cook bacon until brown, drain well. Split English muffins, and butter both sides, broil until slightly brown.

On each half, place a slice of tomato, two slices bacon, and 2 slices cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes, serve at once. Serves 6 for brunch or 12 for a small snack.

The bacon can be substituted with vienna sausage or your favorite lunch meat.
