ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZA MELT 
1 lg. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 English muffins, split
Non-stick vegetable spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef and onion in skillet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain and pat dry with paper towels to reduce fat. Stir in pizza sauce and spices. Top each muffin with 1/6 of beef mixture.

Top each muffin with teaspoon of cheese. (You may toast muffins before adding meat and cheese.) Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated and cheese melts. Makes 6 servings, each 244 calories.
