GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen French style green beans
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain green beans. In a large saucepan, combine butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Add sugar, onions, yogurt and cheese. Stir and cook over low heat until well combined. Make sure cheese is melted. Add beans, mixing well. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with Corn Flakes. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
