GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen French green beans
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. minced onion
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
Dash salt and pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Cook frozen French style green beans until tender. Drain; set aside.

In a double boiler melt butter. Add sugar, flour, salt, pepper (it will be like a paste). Take off of heat. Add to the mixture Swiss cheese, sour cream, onion. Mix together. Put green beans in a casserole and mix the mixture throughout the beans. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
