CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

Make paste of 1 cup flour and 1 stick butter (melted). Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread on bottom of baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool. Beat together 1 large cream cheese (8 ounce) and 1 cup powdered sugar. Fold in 1/2 of large carton Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the milk. Spread over second layer. Mix 1 box instant chocolate pudding and 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk. Spread over second layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with grated sweet chocolate. Refrigerate after each layer until pudding sets.
