MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. hot ketchup
3 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped green olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
Taco flavored tortilla chips
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and 1/2 cup onions in skillet. Drain. Stir in ketchup, chili powder, and salt. Mash beans in blender and add to meat and heat through. Add to meat mixture and heat. Garnish with cheese, olives, and onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
