SUPER NACHO DIP (LAYERED) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. refried beans
2/3 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated
Lg. onion
4 oz. can green chilies
3/4 c. taco sauce
Salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste

Brown meat and onion. Drain; add salt and pepper and Tabasco. Layer on platter: beans, meat, chilies, cheese and sauce.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered. Garnish with sour cream, green onions, black olives and mild red peppers.
