HERB - BROILED LAMB CHOPS | |
12 rib lamb chops 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dried basil leaves 2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves 1. Wipe chops with damp cloth. 2. Mix other ingredients; rub into both sides of chops. Chill, covered, 1 hour. 3. Place on broiler rack, 4 inches from heat; for medium rare, broil 6 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on other. |
