PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. elbow macaroni, uncooked (12 oz.)
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) jars pizza or spaghetti sauce
4 oz. pepperoni slices
1 pkg. (8 to 10 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger with onion; drain off fat and season with salt and pepper.

Put macaroni in a large pan of boiling, salted water and boil for 10 minutes; drain well.

Mix pizza sauce with macaroni and hamburger. Place in two 1 1/2 quart casseroles, alternating layers with pepperoni and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Refrigerate to bake later (bake for 35 minutes if refrigerated first). This can also be frozen before baking. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. This makes two casseroles, each serving four or one large casserole serving eight. The large casserole will take about 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
