SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni
Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Brown ground chuck. Add spaghetti sauce of your choice to the above and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook elbow macaroni and drain. Layer all of the above, adding shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese between each layer and on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
