NORWEGIAN BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lbs. (or 4) cod fillets (or ludefiske)
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper
2 lbs. of potatoes
1/2 stick of butter
1 pkt (10) tortillas (or lefse)

Peel and boil potatoes, mash with 1/3 cup of milk, salt and pepper, butter. Meanwhile: warm the tortillas (or lefse) wrapped in foil. Sprinkle a few drops of water between the layers, wrap in foil and put in a cold oven. Set it to 350 degrees and wait 20 to 30 minutes.

Poach the fish in a covered skillet in the rest of the milk, salt and pepper. Easy does it 5 to 7 minutes maximum.

Serve let everyone make their own Norwegian Burrito rollups, adding salt and pepper and butter to taste.
