NORWEGIAN BUTTER COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. & 2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until nearly white and fluffy. Add eggs, flour and vanilla. Use cookie press to make cookies directly onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 12 dozen.
