4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Beat all ingredients but egg whites. Beat egg whites by themselves until foamy then fold into batter.
