BELGIUM WAFFLES 
3 c. sifted flour
3 c. granulated sugar
1 lb. melted butter (do not substitute margarine for butter)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 dozen eggs

Beat eggs well, then add melted butter and mix well. Add sugar and mix well. Add flour a little at a time and mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Bake in well heated buttered waffle iron or Belgium waffle iron.

Makes 5 dozen.
