BELGIUM WAFFLES 
4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Beat egg yolk until very light. Add vanilla and butter. Combine flour and salt. Add milk to egg mixture, beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour 2 tablespoons full onto hot griddle. Cook to desired crispness. Can be frozen. Great with ice cream and strawberries.
