PECAN PIE SQUARES 
Crust:
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter

Filling:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend crust ingredients until crumbly, reserve 2 cups for top, press remaining crumbs into a 10 x 15 pan and up the sides a little. Bake 10 minutes. Combine 1/4 cup crumbs and all filling ingredients except pecans. Mix well, stir in pecans, pour over crust and bake 10 minutes. Top with remaining crumbs and bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until filling set. Serve with whipped cream.
